​Package #1 is for the couple who has no idea where to begin and knows planning a wedding is a lot of work! They want their wedding to be amazing, but don’t have the time to make spreadsheets or develop systems for keeping everything organized and on track.

With this package, we will be holding your hand through the entire planning process! You will have step-by-step instructions on what to do, and we’ll handle all the tough stuff for you! You’ll also get access to our online wedding planning software, so no more spreadsheets or worrying that you missed something! This is the stress-free package, where we’ll literally take care of everything you could possibly need!
​PACKAGE #2: PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN
Starts at $9,000 | Includes Elyse + 2 Team Members

​Package #2 is for the couple who has some experience with planning, is super organized, prepared to do the work, and has the time to get things done! They want their wedding to be amazing, and just need some guidance along the way
to make sure they’re on track.

With this package, we will be your go-to sounding board for any wedding-related matters! We’ll provide our professional expertise and recommendations any time you need, and then you’ll do the leg work to make it happen. Think of us as the magical Fairy God Mother that shows up any time we’re called upon for help. We’ll be right here to nudge you in the right direction. With us by your side, we’ll make your day perfect!

  • Complete, step-by-step wedding planning and design from the time of booking.
  • Complete access to our online wedding planning software (checklists, calendar, timeline, design studio, guest list management, layout, seating, vendor contacts, & budget).
  • Collaborate on a design board with inspiration for color scheme, florals, décor, rentals, etc.
  • Handle all appointment scheduling for your vendor meetings.
  • Send you reminders for all important events and due dates throughout the process.
  • Provide updates on the status of your wedding throughout the planning process.
  • Pre-screen vendors to ensure they are available on your wedding date.
  • Request customized proposals from vendors.
  • Communicate directly with vendors & serve as their point of contact throughout planning.
  • Serve as the point of contact for your vendors once they are booked.
  • Provide assistance and recommendations with regards to vendor selection & design.
  • Give professional advice, expertise, and support on all wedding-related matters.
  • Unlimited in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails (during normal business hours).
  • Thoroughly review all vendor contracts and agreements entirely.
  • Provide an initial wedding budget allocation sheet, based on your overall target budget.
  • Preform an initial walk-through of your venue to discuss the flow of the wedding.
  • Collect info/preferences for your wedding, discuss potential issues, & provide guidance.
  • Lead your design appointment where we design your tablescapes and choose your rentals.
  • Submit a comprehensive rentals list to your rental company.
  • Create a professional, to-scale layout of your ceremony and reception.
  • Accompany you to your menu tasting to discuss the details regarding your dining service.
  • Accompany you to your cake/dessert tasting (if requested) to discuss the details.
  • Recommend personally selected vendors just for you, based on your style & budget.
  • Create a detailed timeline for your wedding & individual vendor timelines (if requested).
  • Preform a final walk-through of your venue to review your wedding logistics and layout.
  • Create a packet with detailed information for the entire wedding.
  • Confirm responsibilities and arrival times with all vendors.
  • Assist you with any last-minute details.
  • Coordinate the wedding rehearsal & entire wedding day from start to finish.
  • Oversee vendor arrival, setup, services, and cleanup.
  • Set up and style all décor (favors, menus, table numbers, guest book, photos, etc.).
  • Ensure that all table settings and chairs are consistent and presented well.
  • Keep you and your fiancé happy, and help keep your wedding set to established timeline.
  • Serve as the point of contact on your wedding day for vendors, family members, & guests.
  • Collect all gifts & décor at the end of the wedding and store them in agreed-upon location.
  • Distribute final payments/gratuity to vendors.
  • Provide our wedding day emergency kit.
