We offer one comprehensive package: Full Service Design, Planning, & Management! You only plan your wedding once, and you deserve to have the least-stressful, most enjoyable planning experience possible. Let us handle everything so you don’t have to - it’s what we do best!
Communicate directly with your entire vendor team and serve as their point of contact.
Send reminders for important due dates throughout planning.
Provide updates on wedding planning status throughout.
Give professional wedding advice, expertise, and support.
Perform final walkthrough of venue to review logistics and layout.
Confirm responsibilities and arrival times with all vendors.
Create a packet with detailed information for your wedding day.
Assist you with any last-minute wedding details.
Coordinate rehearsal to run through how the ceremony will go.
Coordinate entire wedding day via Elyse & 2 team members.
Oversee vendor arrival, setup, services, & cleanup at wedding.
Set up and style all décor (card box, guest book, photos, etc.).

Coordinators are fabulous, but some only come into the picture about 6 weeks before the wedding. When panic sets in and you can’t sleep at night because you have questions about the planning process, consider us your professional sounding board! We are available through your whole planning journey until it is time for your Coordinator to step in! Schedule as many or as few consulting sessions as you need, whenever you need them.
